PRESS RELEASE

Richmond, IN – Richmond Academy has received full accreditation.
“There are many advantages to receiving full accreditation,” said the Dr. S. Chad Ross, headmaster of the school. “Perhaps the most important aspect of this process is that people can expect to receive the same Christian private quality education and professional atmosphere to be endorsed and protected by our accrediting agency.”
Dr. Ross has lived in Richmond all of his life and has worked with children and teenagers for the past eleven years. He said he's been laying the groundwork for the school for the past two years after he felt a call to help meet the growing demand for private Christian education in the area.
Ross said that the school is an independent institution not directly affiliated with any church. “We are community supported.”
"This year we doubled our enrollment. This indicates a definite need," Ross said. "Our goal is to continue building a school of excellence. We already have in place an online homework and grade system for parents."
Dr. Ross has set up a Triune Fund for those who want to make financial contributions or donations to Richmond Academy. At the end of each school year, Dr. Ross presents a plaque with all of the names of those who have given and their club.
Richmond Academy is at 2000 West Main Street. The school offers classes from pre-kindergarten through grade 12. For more information on admissions, call (765) 962-7677 or visit www.richmondacademy.org.
